About ProxySync
ProxySync is an early-stage cloud billing and hosting automation platform for SMBs and digital teams. We help operators sell and run web hosting with a modern client portal, automated provisioning, domain lifecycle tools, and reliable transactional email.
What we build
- Billing & client area — orders, invoices, payments (Stripe), multi-language support
- Hosting automation — provision shared hosting via control panels (Plesk), with clear starter-to-pro plans
- Domain tools — availability checks across a large TLD set and checkout-ready domain options
- Operations — cron automation, mail delivery pipeline, and multi-server capacity planning
Why it matters
Small hosting and SaaS teams still juggle billing software, panel servers, and email deliverability as separate systems. ProxySync connects these pieces so founders can launch faster and scale without rebuilding ops from scratch.
Stack (current)
Cloud VPS infrastructure (AWS region Singapore), Cloudflare edge DNS/routing, Plesk for hosting nodes, WHMCS-based commerce engine, Stripe payments, and automated outbound email via Cloudflare Email Sending.
Roadmap
- Deeper multi-server orchestration and package templates
- Better onboarding analytics and self-serve support
- Optional VPS products (virtualization layer) after shared hosting is stable
